Welcome to the software applications provided under the brand name AryanVxd (developed and operated by Aryan Verma). These Master Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all software applications, tools, and desktop programs developed by AryanVxd (collectively, the "Software").

By downloading, installing, or using any Software provided by AryanVxd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Scope of Agreement & Right to Amend

These Terms apply to all current and future software applications published by AryanVxd.

Important Notice on Amendments: AryanVxd reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms and the associated Privacy Policies at any given point in time, entirely at our sole discretion, without prior notification to the user. Because our Software operates offline and we do not collect, store, or maintain a database of user personal information or email addresses, we have no means of contacting you regarding updates. It is your sole responsibility to check the AryanVxd website periodically for updates to these Terms. Your continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Desktop Licensing & Offline Architecture

 

• License Grant: AryanVxd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on your personal computer or local desktop environment solely for your personal or internal business operations.

• Offline Architecture: You acknowledge and agree that the Software is architected to operate locally and offline on your hardware. AryanVxd does not host, manage, sync, or maintain any backend servers to hold your operational data.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability & Data Responsibility

Because the Software functions strictly as a local tool on your desktop or local network environment:

• Data Ownership & Backups: You own all data processed by the Software. You bear 100% of the responsibility for maintaining regular backups of your local databases, excel sheets, financial logs, and transaction records.

• No Cloud Backups: AryanVxd does not have access to your data, does not store your records, and cannot perform data recovery under any circumstances.

• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AryanVxd or Aryan Verma be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware failure, business interruption, loss of profits, system corruption, or financial discrepancies arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software—including source code, UI/UX designs, architecture, branding, logos, graphics, and compilation layouts—belong exclusively to Aryan Verma (operating as AryanVxd). You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, modify, adapt, or distribute copies of the Software without express written consent.

APP-SPECIFIC TERMS (SUBSECTIONS)
The following specific terms apply to individual applications in the AryanVxd catalog in addition to the Master Terms above.

A. Moniee Personal Finance Tracker

• Strict Privacy Boundary: Moniee is designed to be completely offline. It does not connect to external servers, parse financial data to third parties, or share account records.

• Accuracy of Financial Health: The visual financial records (income, expenses, assets, liabilities) generated by the app depend entirely on user input accuracy. Moniee serves purely as an analytical tool and does not provide certified accounting, tax, or professional financial advice.

B. Payroll Console

• Third-Party API Integrations: The automated email feature is completely optional. If utilized, the app interacts directly with third-party networks using Microsoft Graph API or SMTP app passwords (such as for Google Workspace/Gmail).

• Credentials Security: All API keys, tokens, and app passwords entered into Payroll Console are stored entirely locally on your device. AryanVxd never collects or transmits these credentials. You are solely responsible for protecting your device against unauthorized access to these saved credentials.

• Email Delivery & Liability: AryanVxd is not responsible for automated email delivery failures, network delays, security breaches occurring on your email provider's end, or errors in payroll/pay slip calculations distributed via the app.

C. Retail Desk

• POS & Inventory Dependency: Retail Desk functions locally to track products, inventory, bills, credit payments, and GST invoices.

• Compliance & Legal Invoicing: While the app provides frameworks to generate GST-compliant invoices, you are solely responsible for ensuring your tax configurations, rates, calculations, and financial filings align perfectly with local tax laws and regulations. AryanVxd is not liable for errors in tax computations, inventory discrepancies, or unrecoverable customer credit tracking.
