Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 21, 2026
At AryanVxd (operated by Aryan Verma), we believe that your data belongs entirely to you. This Master Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains our strict commitment to user privacy across all current and future software applications developed under the AryanVxd brand name (collectively, the "Software").
By installing and using our Software, you accept the practices outlined in this Policy.
1. The Core Principle: Zero Data Collection
AryanVxd is built on a foundation of absolute privacy. We do not collect, store, track, monitor, or monetize any personal data, business logs, financial metrics, or usage statistics.
Because our applications do not require a user account to function on your device, we have zero technical capacity to harvest your information. We do not have servers running in the background to capture your workflows, and we do not use hidden analytics or telemetry tools to monitor how you interact with our apps.
2. How Local Data Storage Works
All Software in the AryanVxd catalog operates as a completely self-contained desktop system.
-
Local Storage: Every piece of information you input—including personal finances, employee records, payroll sheets, inventory counts, customer credit data, and billing histories—is stored locally on your hard drive or local personal computer (PC) network environment.
-
Database Isolation: Depending on the specific application, your data is written directly to isolated local file formats (such as SQLite databases, encrypted files, or Excel spreadsheets) resting entirely inside your device's directory.
-
No Third-Party Cloud Transmission: Your data never leaves your computer to be processed by AryanVxd. It stays inside your physical custody.
3. Third-Party Integrations & Local Credentials (App-Specific)
Certain applications may offer optional features that interact with external networks to automate your workflows (for example, sending emails or interfacing with official services).
-
Local Token/Credential Management: If an application utilizes external tools—such as the Microsoft Graph API or SMTP app passwords for Google/Gmail—all API keys, application tokens, and passwords are encrypted and saved locally on your device.
-
Direct Handshakes: When these optional features are triggered, a direct cryptographic handshake occurs between your desktop application and the respective service provider (e.g., Microsoft or Google). AryanVxd acts purely as the local builder of the bridge; we never intercept, read, or clone your communication tokens or transmission data.
-
External Privacy Links: If you choose to connect third-party integrations, their utilization of your data is governed strictly by their respective corporate privacy policies.
4. Policy Changes & Lack of Prior Notification
AryanVxd reserves the right to modify or adjust this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notification to our users.
Important Operational Context: Because our applications function strictly offline and we purposefully choose not to collect user email addresses or registration details, we have no mechanism to blast out update notifications or email alerts. It is your sole responsibility to check the official AryanVxd website periodically to review the most current version of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Software signifies your continuous agreement to the terms posted here.
5. Security & User Liability
While AryanVxd takes care to architect secure, stable local software wrappers, the physical and digital security of your stored data depends entirely on you. You are solely responsible for:
-
Securing your local machine against malware, ransomware, and unauthorized physical access.
-
Managing your own system backups to prevent data loss resulting from hardware failure.
-
Keeping your local device operating systems and security patches updated.
